A newspaper cutting with heading: STANDARD WOOD-PULP CHANGES Control of the Standard Wood Pulp Company , Limited, floated last May with a capital of £500.000 by the Scottish Finance Company, Limited, has, we learn, passed into the hands of a financial group headed by Lord St. Davids, which is providing additional financial resources for the company. Mr. A.L. Sydney, chairman of the Standard Wood Pulp Company, and a joint managing director of the Scottish Finance Company, told a Daily Mail reporter yesterday that he and Mr. Reginald Mortimer, another director, are resigning from the Standard Wood Pulp Company's board, as the new control naturally wishes to appoint its own representatives.
