JUSTICE BRANSON HIS LORDSHIP gave judgment for the defendant in this action in which the National City Bank of New York sued Mr. Andrew Goronwy Jones, of 95, Cornwall-gardens, S.W., as drawer of a cheque for £100, dated March 13, 1931, payable to the order of C. W. snow, and indorsed by Snow for value to the National City Bank of New York (France), and indorsed by them to the plaintiffs for collection, payment of which was countermanded by the defendant. ............................................
