The article goes on to describe the mill and its history and has a picture of Mr. Albert Wilby, the miller in charge of the mill;- ' When the wind whistles' over the hills and woods of north-east Nottinghamshire, it is the signal for 50-year-old Albert Wilby to start work. Day or night, Mr. Wilby is liable to answer the call of the wind, for he is the miller in charge of North Leverton mill, the only working mill left in the county. .................................................Farmers venture - A FAVOURITE local landmark, it was built in 1813 by a body of local farmers, and has been kept running by their descendants who are included in the North Leverton Mill Company Ltd. of today.............................
