A photograph of two walkers in Sherwood Forest published in the Times on 2nd November 1928 'AUTUMN IN SHERWOOD FOREST Sunlight and shadow in a glade by fallen leaves in Thorsby Park, the finely wooded estate of Lord Minvers, in Sherwood Forest, Nottinghamshire.
