The committee of the House of Commons pre- sided over by Mr Mooney, had before it to- day the Bill promoted by the Coporation of Lin- coln to obtain powers to draw a supply of water from Elkesley, to purchase lands and construct works at an estimated cost of £180,000, and for other purposes. ...'
