Summary

One of a series of newspaper cuttings from various positions in Endcliffe Villa, all pertaining to rights of way and footpaths. Article taken from unknown newspaper 1947; 'PUBLIC NOTICES BOROUGH OF WORKSOP NOTICE OF APPLICATION 'NOTICE IS HEREBT GIVEN that on the 16th day of June, 1947, application will be made to His Majesty's Justices of the Peace, assembled in Quarter Sessions in and for the County of Nottingham at Nottingham, for an order that a certain public footpath in the Borough of Work- sop, in the said County of Nott- ingham leading from Netherton Road to Windmill Lane and more particularly delineated by the col- our pink upon the plan deposited as hereinafter mentioned at the office of the Town Clerk to the said Borough may be stopped up as being necessary...' '
