'Dear Sirs, National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949 Proposed Diversion of Footpath no. 31 Tunnel Road, Worksop I am pleased to be able to inform you that an agree- ment has been reached between the Council on the one hand and Worksop Manor estates Limited and Welbeck Estates Limited, whereby the applicaiton for the diversion of Tunnel Road has been withdrawn. ....'.
