The letter to the editor in the second column to the right on page 7, entitled 'TUNNEL ROAD' is likely to be the one of interest to William Straw Jnr.; 'Letter to tje Editor TUNNEL ROAD I have noted letters which have been published recently on this matter and should be obliged if I may be affored the opportun- ity to comment. The question as to whether either castle farm Lane or Tunnel Rd. were rights of way was considered on factual evidence alone and no suggestion of compromise was made; confirmation of this effect will be obtainable from the Town Hall. ... .....
