WORCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL' Before VISCOUNT SIMONDS, LORD MORTON OF HENRYTON, LORD RADCLIFFE, LORD COHEN and LORD KEITH OF AVONHOLM Their LORDSHIPS dismiessed these con- solidated appeals by the British Transport Commision from decsions of the Court of Appeal (Lord Justice Singleton, Lord Justice Jenkins, and Lord Justice Hodson) on March 22, 1956 ([1956] 2 Q.B. 214), affirming the refusal of the Divisional Court to grant declarations against the Westmorland County Council and the Worcestershire County Council and the Worcestershire County Council that no public rights of way existed across certain railway lines owned and occupied by the Commission. ....'.
