Summary
Christmas greeting card-right hand opening cream card with a cream paper insert held in place by a ribbon. Front-in the centre in turquoise is a coat of arms. In the middle is a shield with a lion, a bird , a tree and a pick and shovel in the four quarters. On either side of the shield are a knight and a man holding a long bow. Below it are the words SANS DIEU RIEN On the left edge of the card is a pale blue ribbon bow. Inside on the left hand page in brown print is the verse Man's life is but a working day Whose tasks are set aright: A time to work, a time to pray, And then a quiet night, And then please God , a quiet night, Where palms are green and robes are white: A long drawn breath, a balm for sorrow, And all things lovely for the morrow.
