Summary
Religious booklet-right hand opening. The front cover has the title A Psalm for Life by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow in pink, gold and green letters. The card is cut in several places to create a lace like effect. In the upper half are purple flowers. The rear cover has a picture of purple flowers in its centre. The booklet contains 8 pages of verse and coloured pictures of rural scenes. The verse starts "Tell me not in mournful numbers, Life is but an empty dream !" For the soul is dead that slumbers, And things are not what they seem. etc The publisher is Raphael Tuck & sons London, paris, New York. Designed at the Studios in England and printed by the "Rafolith " Plates at the Fine Art Works in Saxony
