Summary
Christmas Greetings Card - one of thirty two Christmas cards kept in a white envelope that has been opened via a slit in the right short edge dating between 1986 - 1990. Right hand opening card. Front; has a full colour printed image of a robin sat on a holly branch with red berries. The branch spills over from the centre into the outer frame. The frame is made up of a single red line border around the picture with a green surround running to the edge of the card. the green surround has equal rows of small stars running diagonally across the surface in a darker green, white and red. Verse; printed in grey in open letters on the right page 'May you have the happiest Christmas Followed by a year of days that bring you joy and pleasure In so many special ways. HAPPY CHRISTMAS'. Above the verse in the top right corner handwritten in blue biro; '13 DUNSTAN CRESCENT WORKSOP' and beneath; 'May you have the joy and Peace of this lovely season. Do hope you are keeping reasonably well as our years permit. Christmas in hospital is usally special. From Ruth Beal & Sisters'. Back; the green surround carries over slightly onto the right side where the card folds. In the centre printed in black; 'D00135 MADE IN GREAT BRITAIN SX 074489'.
