Summary
The two sheets of The Times kept with one piece of newspaper and one sheet of Amateur Gardening between crockery in the linen cupboard used by the family to store food, crockery and other household goods. The front cover and back page of 'THE TIMES' newspaper from 'TUESDAY JUNE 18 1946'. The front is heavily discoloured with lighter areas where objects have been stood in the past. The back has a pictorial story of 'THE KING WITH EMPIRE SCIENTISTS'. The inner sheet pages 3, 4, 5 & 6, in the top left corner of page 3 and advertisement for 'HARRODS Exquisite examples of Celtic Jewellery from our large collection of old Fashion Jewellery.
