Summary

Brown card mount for a photograph of a young man in army uniform. The outer card is folded into three, with the front flap being triangular in shape and embossed with a wreath held by a hand and at the bottom of the wreath is a lion's head. A frame is glued onto the inside of the middle section of the mount and on it is printed The lady photographer Olive House, Stockton Road, Sunderland. On the back of the middle section is written by hand Alex Straw killed 1916
