Summary
The white ribbon held together by a safety pin kept in the proper left breast pocket of a shirt from a Scout uniform believed to have belonged to William Straw Jnr. The cotton ribbon is in four strands made up of four lengths held by the safety pin at the top. It is kept in the proper left breast pocket along with a length of cotton. The set includes shirt with badge, one set of black ribbons and safety pin, one set of white ribbons with safety pin and a length of thread in the top left pocket, navy shorts, stripped belt with twist buckle and navy neckerchief, hat, water bottle, bag and a pair of sock garters.
