Summary
The black ribbon pinned by a safety pin to the proper left epaulette of a shirt from a Scout uniform believed to have belonged to William Straw Jnr. The cotton ribbon is in four strands made up of two pieces folded at the top centre and sewn across to form a narrow loop for the pin to fit through. The set includes shirt with badge, one set of black ribbons and safety pin, one set of white ribbons with safety pin and a length of thread in the top left pocket, navy shorts, stripped belt with twist buckle and navy neckerchief, hat, water bottle, bag and a pair of sock garters.
