Summary
The last of four of fourteen pages taken from several 'THE FREE PRESS' from 1947, kept with a whole 'THE TIMES' from 1966 and a sheet from 'Worksop Guardian' from 1938. The inner last page folded together with three others, the front of the page is dated 'Friday, May 23rd, 1947' on the top right of the back, as folded. The top as the page is folded has 'Page 5: THE FREE PRESS' in the top left corner. The following three pages are dated 'Friday, May 9th, 1947', 'Friday, May 16th, 1947' and 'Friday, June 20th, 1947'. On the first page as folded; 'Random Shots ANY Personal Points to spare? This may be a rather unusual request, but it has been made in connection with a Sunday School scholars' trest at Stanton Hill. Members of the Church in qyes- tion have been asked to hand in any points they can spare, in order that a bag of sweets may be provided for each child. A ready response has been made to the appeal, points having been contributed even by young people who will not qualify for a gift unless the quantity avliale ex- ceeds the demand........'.
