Summary
The third of four of fourteen pages taken from several 'THE FREE PRESS' from 1947, kept with a whole 'THE TIMES' from 1966 and a sheet from 'Worksop Guardian' from 1938. The third page folded together with three others, the page is dated 'Friday, May 16th, 1947' on the top right of the back, as folded. The top as the page is folded has 'Page 5: THE FREE PRESS' in the top left corner. The following three pages are dated 'Friday, June 20th, 1947', 'Friday, May 9th, 1947' and 'Friday, May 23rd, 1947'. On the page as folded; 'Random Shots FOLLOWING upon their recent acquisition of a telephone kiosk and public post-box, resid- ents of the Stoneyford Road area at Sutton have been afforded a further facility-a liscence to sell stamps has been granted to a tradesman in the locality.
