Summary
A dark brown clear plastic raincoat, 'MADE IN ENGLAND SWALLOW Rain Wear', with matching belt. the coat has a colar and hanging hook made of the same material. There are brass press studs on the proper left, meeting the male part in the proper right, the inside of the press studs read 'NEWEY PAT.20M30322'. The studs have been reinforced with an extra panel sewn around each and a point detail at one end. At the back of the coat is a vent panel across the shoulders and a kick flap opening running two thirds of the way up the coat. The coat has two pocket openings one at each side stitched with a double thickness band of material. There are two belt loops, one each side beneath the arms. The belt has been stitched together in two parts and is of the same material as the coat, there is a point at one end and a plastic covered simple 0 style buckle at the other. The label is a cream fabric sewn on with dark brown thread , made in England is in blue print at the top with swallow in cream on a red oblong background and rain wear in the same red colour, there is a blue stylized diving swallow behind the text.
