Summary
Christmas Greetings Cards - one of a series of Christmas cards received by William Straw Jnr. in 1983 kept in a white envelope. Right opening card with a picture of The Holy Family on the front with an angel holding a wreath. Inside left - White card with at the top, handwritten in blue ink, 'We hope that you are feeling well. we often think about you and the days past, in Blyth Grove Underneath in the centre is printed in black ink: THE HOLY FAMILY by Francesco mancini (1700-1758) Reproduced by kind permission of The Vatican Museums. At the bottom of the page is a logo for Care cards 'in aid of the following charities:' followed by the names of many charities. Inside right - printed in the centre; 'With Best Wishes for Christmas and the New Year' Underneath is handwritten in blue ink Clliff, Nora and Cynthia Vardy Back - On the bottom left hand side is printed in black ink (C) 81144 Printed in U.K. On the bottom right is printed in black ink - B522
