Summary
Christmas Greetings Cards - one of a series of Christmas cards received by William Straw Jnr. in 1983 kept in a white envelope Right opening card with rounded corners. In the centre two red candles with white Christmas roses and green holly with red berries set in a border. Encircled at the top are the words 'FOUR YOU at Christmas' Inside left - Plain white card Inside right - printed in the centre in black ink: With one more year just ending And another soon to start, Christmas brings a feeling Of joy to every heart - And may this feeling linger ... In a pleasant way with you, So the happiness of Christmas - Will be yours the whole year through! Underneath handwritten in black ink - Best Wishes from Charles & Audrey xxx xx (underlined) Back - In the centre a pink garland surrounding a red printed logo 'Glory Moon' bottom left in small print 'AA. 769-X-2 bottom centre - a pink G with underneath 70 X 5879 bottom right - U.S.50A.G.C.
