Summary
The third of five unused paper envelopes, folded in the diamond form to create a triangle opening to the rear, blank on all sides. Held together by a paper shield band. The band is a strip of paper glued at the back with a royal blue block printed on the front with a gold line border and a white and gold shield at the top with 'BASILDON' written in gold on a royal blue background with a gold border. Under the shield is written 'Basildon Bond' in gold and the word 'BLUE' in gold beneath the royal blue block. The back is folded over to make the band smaller and has a handwritten '3' to the left in pencil. Printed in gold is a line border containing the words 'No.1 size Blue To match No.1 size Pad Ref. 9274/10D A John Dickinson Product Made in Great Britain'.
