Summary
The white paper packet of Bryant & May matches; containing nine boxes of matches (BLG/MISC/563.2-10). The white paper is printed with a broad red central stripe across the centre of which sits a shield shape outlined in blue with a red ground and 'ENGLAND's GLORY' top and bottom. In the centre a white ground with a blue double border and scrolled sides, a steam ship on the ocean is depicted in the middle with 'BRYANT & MAY' in blue above and 'BRITISH MADE' in red beneath. At the bottom edge of the shield a blue ground carries the word 'MATCHES' in white. In the bottom central stripe in white '12 BOXES'. This is repeated front and back, additional white price sticker with yellow tab and black print '72PP'. One side has been opened to access the match boxes with the barcode '..022 6504' the same logo as found on the larger sides. on the opposite side the packet is still ceiled in plain white paper with blue printed text 'British Made Matches from BRYANT&MAY'.
