Summary
Brown leather writing wallet with press stud fastening and pocket and various compartments inside with small calendar 1916 in holder with two purple stamps and small embossed card behind. Calendar is on six separate sheets, one month each side, October has become discoloured brown and December has browning to three edges. The month is printed in a chart format with the year 1916 in red and the month in black at the top. The days of the week are printed alternate red and black down the left side starting with Sunday in red. The dates are printed in five columns reading from top to bottom left to right and start in black alternating to red. One used purple three pence stamp affixed to piece of paper. One purple three pence stamp over stamped with 'ADDITIONAL MEDICINE DUTY NOT AVAILABLE FOR POSTAGE'. Small piece of embossed card that states 'HOUSE OF COMMONS' and featuring Coat of Arms.
