Tripartite stained glass window, on the north wall of the Chapel Gallery, The Vyne, by John Rowell, c.1750. Central panel of St Luke painting Ecce Homo (Christ as the Man of Sorrows), flanked by two fragmentary scenes from the Book of Genesis.
Provenance
Probably purchased by John Chute (1701-1776) and by descent to Sir Charles Chute (1879-1956) and beqeathed with The Vyne House and Estate to the National Trust in 1956.
