Summary
A bamboo and white leather horse whip, the last divided and plaited, terminating in a length of red cord. The bamboo handle bound with a silver band inscribed Captn Pennyman 25th Regt and marked for Birmingham (gothic q) TC. The horn pommel is a whistle.
