Summary
One of a set of four 19th century Worcester bowls and plate comprising three square fruit bowls (a-c) and one circular plate (d). Green 'pomme verte' with gilt borders. Two decorative reserved panels of flower sprays and two of exotic birds on a white ground. Large bird in central reserved panel with foliage and smaller flying birds above. All with undulating edges.
Provenance
Pennyman collection devised in October 1961 to The National Trust under the terms of Col. J.B.W. Pennyman's will.
