Summary
Prints, photographic reproductions (on reduced scale), Bodiam Castle by J. Tavenor Perry. Prints of a set of measured drawings originally made by J. Tavenor Perry in 1864, re-drawn and, with additions and corrections, communicated in 1925 by Harold Sands and Sidney Toy to the Sussex Archaeological Society. These 13 photographs were presented to the National Trust by the Society in 1989 by way of acknowledgement of their recovery two years previously by G.G. Barker of the originals, of which all trace had been lost from the time of this gift in 1926-27. The originals are currently housed at the East Sussex Record Office, where they are available for inspection by the courtesy of the Society's Honorary Librarian, Barbican House, Lewes
