Provenance
Created c. 1800 for the Bath souvenir trade. Sold at auction by Powell & Powell, Bath, 12 December 1928. Bought by dealers Mallet & Son, and sold the same day to Alfred Leonard Fuller (1870-1941). Then by descent to his grandson, the most recent owner, who died 2023. Sold at auction by his executors at Dreweatts 1759, Newbury, 10 October 2024, and purchased by the National Trust for the Bath Assembly Rooms.
