Summary
A black cape with a cream lining, adult's size. The cape has black organza ruffles around the neck and shoulders. There is a very ornate 'V' shaped beaded panel on the back and two beaded panels on the front opening which closes with two hooks and eyes at the neck. The rest of the cape is made of black embroidered lace. The cape is lined with cream silky material backing the black lace and black satin backing the beaded panels. The lining and the beaded panel are torn around the neck. It was probably made for indoors mourning wear.
