Summary
A certificate issued by the ‘National Association of Spotters' Clubs’ to certify that F. Hadley was able to pass a test of his ability to identify correctly not less than 80% of the aeroplanes chosen from 62 types on 5.2.1942. It bears a red paper seal and is signed by five officers of the Association. It is printed in black ink on pale blue paper.
