Summary
A handmade long white cotton man's nightshirt with a deep front opening. The long sleeves are gathered into a wristband with one button and buttonhole and have an underarm gusset. The body of the shirt is gathered into a high neckband which is fastened with two buttons and buttonholes. There is an added piece of material sewn onto the shirt at both back and front and there is a gusset at each side. There are two square cotton patches sewn onto the back at the top of the shirt. It is badly stained on the right side at the hem.
