Summary
A woman's white cotton petticoat. It has a bodice embroidered with broderie anglaise and two broad shoulder straps also trimmed with broderie anglaise. The skirt of the garment is gathered into the bodice and has a horizontal band of broderie anglaise about half way down , into which is gathered a deep frill of broderie anglaise.
