Summary
An adult's black wool machine stitched waistcoat with two pockets on either side of the opening. The waistcoat has six metal buttons. It is lined with a cream fabric with grey and blue stripes. At the back of the waistcoat is a metal buckle with two hooks threaded onto the tie which pulls the width of the waistcoat in.
