Summary
A man's waistcoat. The front is made of striped brocade, mainly cream with fine double blue stripe. There are two pockets with facings and a pocket opening with a slit in the left front. There are four pearl buttons and button holes, and on the right front, adjacent to the button holes, four worked eyelets. The back of the waistcoat is made of twill and has a belt and metal buckle across the lower back. The garment is lined with cotton fabric at the front and twill at the back.
