Summary
A small knife cleaner with a wooden barrel having brass fittings, an iron and wooden handle and placed on an iron stand. There is a cardboard label with directions for use on the front of the barrel, at the base of this is written 'Kents Knife Cleaner with improvements Patented 1865 - 1870'. On the front of the wooden barrel is an iron badge with the name and address of the manufacturer; Kent Patentee and Manufacturer 199 High Holborn London. On both sides of the iron stand there is the name of the maker 'Kent 199 High Holborn London'.
