Summary
Vase, decorated by E.Lattor, late 19th century, Vienna. A porcelain two- handled vase, on a square plinth. The bleu-de-roi ground with gilt embellishments and painted with a continuous panel depicting a classical scene, on a gilt ground. Signed 'E.Lattor' and the base inscribed with titles, 'Schliess- ung des Fanustempel' and 'Phytia verkundert Apollo wahrsprucke'; and the nos. '458', '990', '1061' '1373'.
Provenance
The property was given to the Trust as part of the Plas yn Rhiw estate between 1950 and 1966 by the Misses Eileen, Lorna and Honora Keating in memory of their parents, John William and Constance Annie Keating.
