Summary
Porcelain cup (HIL.C.139b saucer), Worcester,(Barr, Flight and Barr) c.1810-20; the cup a straight-sided flaring body over a moulded base, with gilt lines at lip, foot, and base of main body; impressed mark, crowned 'BFB' (Barr, Flight and Barr); main body decorated with classical prints of Hercules and the bull, a woman sacrificing a ram, and a horseman fighting a foot-soldier; saucer (HIL.C.139b), gilt line at rim and around centre; same prints, plus winged female adorning an altar.
