Summary
19th century walnut double music stand, the rectangular music desks with lyres, each with five strings in centre (one missing). The desks with ratchet adjustable supports. Turned finial at top, above metal central rod. Turned reeded shaft above ovoid knop with three carved cabouchon. Tripod cabriole support.
Provenance
Presented by Sir Archibald and Lady Montgomery-Massingberd to the National Trust in 1944 as part of the Gunby Hall collection
