Summary
A set of two tail pieces, two bridges and tunning peg for double bass: ebony tail piece with a moulded string running across the broadest end of the spreading form above the string holes, the narrower end attaching to the instrument with some damage; a stained wood tail piece with a heavy gauge brass wire loop united by a brass heart for attaching it to the instrument and three floral inlays of mother of pearl up the swelling form of the tail; a bridge of conventional form with heart shaped piercing, broken and repaired; a bridge of conventional form with heart shaped piercing; and a tuning peg with a turned and shaped head in walnut and tapering shaft in sycamore.
