Summary
Coloured stipple engraving, The Visit Returned in the Country (after George Morland) by William Nutter (1754-1802). Entitled 'The Visit Returned in the Country' Engraved in tondo. The two couples converse seated around a table outside a cottage. A child plays on the ground before with a hat and some chicks from a coop left. . Backing paper dated April 1813.
