Summary
Two watercolour drawings - one of a track though tall trees with sunlit buildings beyond; two children with hoops on the track and a further three figures beyond and a large dog and the other inscribed in Charles Langton Massingberd's hand - 'View of Chateaux de Bouille(sic) belonged to Comte Jour du Pin 4 leagues from Bordeaux. Done by my father Peregrine Massingberd about the year 1819 or 20. The small children in the drawing were intended for my sister Margaret or myself 1874 Sept.'
