Print, coloured stipple engraving, The Sportsmen Refreshing (after George Morland) by Henry Thomas Alken (London 1785 – London 1851). No.XI 'The Sportsmen Refreshing' The two sportsmen on the steps of the inn, one seated, the other standing, drinking with the landlady and two dogs. The ramshackle pub left, rural scene right with trees, a lake, some buildings middle distance and hills beyond.
