Signed 'Chapman Belfast' on two lines. non matching driving weights. scroll pedement. Pastoral scene of the 4 seasons, in the spandrels, The break arch holds a scene of a farmer and dog with cattle. the movement is fitted via a cast iron false plate the false plate is signed 'Wilkes'.
