Print, hand-coloured aquatint etching, The Aquaduct at Marple (after Joseph Parry) by Francis Jukes (Martley 1745 – London 1812). c. 1800. Benjamin Outram's great aquaduct carrying the Peak Forest Canal over the River Goyt near Stockport was opened in 1794.
