Summary
Blue jasperware lidded tobacco jar with applied white moulded reliefs, by Wedgwood, late 19th c period; lid has lotus-palmette chain round knob with floral relief; jar has a classical female figure at front and back with lion-mask at sides; stamped 'Wedgwood'. Inside is a smaller blue jasperware lid which does not fit.
