Summary
A mahogany revolving drum table, English, circa 1810. The circular top lined with red cloth, the frieze containing four true and four dummy drawers edged with ebonised line and with original brass handles, raised on a bulbous turned column and downswept splayed legs with brass caps and castors.
Provenance
Amongst the chattels collected by the Cawley family for Berrington Hall. Purchased by the National Trust from Sir Frederick Lee Cawley, 3rd Baron Cawley in 2001.
