Summary
Edith Teresa Hulton, later Lady Berwick, is sitting beneath a stone arcade. Standing next to her is a young boy who may be Federigo di Serego. There are several garden chairs along the arcade. Teresa is wearing a white dress with a shawl and a large white sunhat. The young boy is in a sailor suit covered by a short tabard which is fastened on the shoulders. The Serego family were long standing friends of the Hultons and there are many letters in the archive from them to Edith Teresa. She married Thomas Henry Noel-Hill, 8th Baron Berwick of Attingham (1877-1947) on 30th June 1919 in Venice, Italy.
