Summary
Dante is seated on a brick wall with a sister on either side of him. The girls are in summer dresses and wearing sunhats. They are carrying long poles. The young boy is wearing a formal suit with short trousers and a sun hat. He is looking down at a booklet which he is holding on his lap. Beside them at the end of the wall are two children. The family were long standing friends of the Hultons and there are many letters in the archive from them to Edith Teresa. Edith Teresa Hulton (1890-1972), later Lady Berwick worked as a Red Cross volunteer in a variety of locations in north-east Italy in the Italian war zone during World War I. She married Thomas Henry Noel-Hill, 8th Baron Berwick of Attingham (1877-1947) on 30th June 1919 in Venice, Italy.
