Summary
A blurred monochrome photograph of two people wading in sea water. On the left is Wilfred von Vietinghoff who is leaning on a stick and on the right is Gioconda Mary Hulton (1887 - 1940). Written in pencil above photograph: 'W. v. Vietinghof & Gioconda by Consy'. Photograph 5 of 227 contained in Volume 3 of Costanza Hulton’s personal photograph albums (1906 - 1919). Gioconda Mary Hulton was the elder sister of Edith Teresa Hulton, later Lady Berwick (1890-1972). The photographer, referred to as 'Consy' was Constance Houison Craufurd, an old friend of the Hultons. See also National Trust Inventory Number 610177.3.
